1. Who we are
This website, elitevahub.net, is operated by Kelvin Naftal Kisinga, trading as Elite VA Hub / KK Executive Support, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania ("Elite VA Hub", "we", "us"). We provide remote executive-assistant and AI-automation services to business owners and professionals. Contact: kenaki323@gmail.com or +255 655 955 922.
2. These terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you visit this website, book a call, complete our onboarding form or contact us through the site. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
If you become a client, your services are governed by the written agreement you sign with us (our Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work, and any Data Processing Addendum or NDA). If that agreement differs from these Terms, the signed agreement prevails.
3. Our services and packages
The website describes our services and our monthly packages (Starter, Professional and Executive) and their published prices in US dollars. This information is an overview, not an offer that creates a contract. A client relationship starts only when we both confirm it in writing (a signed agreement or an accepted proposal).
We may update our services, packages and prices on the website from time to time. A change does not affect a plan you have already paid for until the end of that paid month, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
The Executive package includes 40+ hours of support per month: at least 40 hours, with any further hours agreed in writing between Kelvin and the Client. Support is provided during the Client's agreed working hours.
4. Main client terms (summary)
For clients, these points reflect our standard agreement. The signed agreement sets out the full terms.
- Billing: plans are billed monthly in advance, invoiced on the start date and then on the same date each month.
- Payment: invoices are due within 7 days. We accept PayPal, Payoneer or bank transfer. We do not add transfer or processing fees to your invoice.
- Late payment: if an invoice is unpaid when due, we may pause the service, after notice by email, until it is paid. We do not charge late fees or interest.
- Hours: Hours will be tracked and billed in 15-minute increments, rounded up to the next increment, with a minimum of 15 minutes per task. Package hours that are not used expire at the end of each month and do not roll over.
- Extra hours: work beyond a package's hours is charged only if you agree to it in advance in writing. The rate for extra hours is discussed and agreed between Kelvin and the Client before any extra work starts.
- Changes and cancellation: You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime; your plan runs to the end of the month you have paid for. No lock-in contracts.
- Refunds: Fees paid are non-refundable; on cancellation the plan runs to the end of the month already paid for.
- Response time: Elite VA Hub aims to acknowledge Client requests immediately during the Client's agreed working hours; this is a service target, not a guarantee.
5. Booking calls and submitting forms
You can book a free 30-minute discovery call through our Calendly scheduling page and send us details through our Google Forms onboarding form. Booking a call or submitting the form does not commit you or us to an engagement. Please give accurate information and do not send passwords, payment card details or other highly sensitive information through these tools. Calendly and Google apply their own terms and privacy notices to their services.
6. Use of AI and third-party tools
We use AI tools and workflow software (for example Google Workspace, Claude/ChatGPT, Zapier, Make and AI assistants) to deliver our services efficiently. Work produced with these tools is reviewed as part of our service. Clients can opt out of AI tools: tell us in writing (email is enough) and we will not use AI tools to process your information or work, from that point on. Opting out may mean some tasks take longer and use more of your package hours.
7. Acceptable use of the website
You agree not to: use the site for anything unlawful or fraudulent; try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting or our accounts; introduce malware or interfere with how the site works; scrape or copy the site's content in bulk; or submit false information or another person's details without their permission.
8. Intellectual property
The website's text, design, logos and other content belong to Elite VA Hub or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own use when considering our services. You may not copy, republish or use our content or brand for commercial purposes without our written permission. Ownership of work we produce for clients is set out in the client's signed agreement.
9. Third-party links and services
The site uses or links to services run by others, including Calendly, Google Forms, Google Analytics, WhatsApp and social-media pages. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.
10. Privacy and cookies
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data, including through Google Analytics, and how our cookie banner lets you accept or reject analytics cookies. Please read it at elitevahub.net/privacy.
11. Website information and availability
We work to keep the website accurate and available, but the website and its content are provided "as is" for general information. We do not promise that the site will always be available, error-free or free of viruses. Nothing on the site is legal, tax, financial or other professional advice.
12. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including liability for fraud.
For clients, our liability is set out in the signed agreement. Elite VA Hub's total liability is limited to the total fees paid by the Client in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
For use of the free website by anyone else, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising from use of the site.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. The courts of Dar es Salaam have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of this website. 14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Changes apply from the date they are posted and do not change a signed client agreement unless both parties agree in writing.
