Every package is a monthly plan with a set number of hours, delivered 100% remotely from Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, for executives worldwide. There are no lock-in contracts, and every plan starts with a free consultation.

Starter: you mainly need your inbox under control

What affects the cost of executive support
Whoever you hire, the same few things decide what executive support costs you:
- Hours needed. This is the biggest factor. Our packages are built around a set number of hours each month, so you pay for the time you actually need.
- Scope of services. Inbox and scheduling alone need fewer hours than inbox, calendar, travel, meeting preparation and project coordination together.
- Time-zone coverage. Support has to happen when you need it. We work with executives globally and adapt to your time zone, from EAT (East Africa) to EST, GMT, GST and beyond.
- Automation work. Setting up AI tools and automated workflows takes time at the start, but it can take repetitive work off your plate for good.

How to pay

Common questions about executive assistant pricing
Can I start small and upgrade later?
Yes. You can start with fewer hours to see how remote support fits your week. All plans are flexible: you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime, and your plan runs to the end of the month you've paid for.
Are there extra fees on top of the package price?
The package price is the monthly price, and we do not add transfer or processing fees to your invoice. Work beyond your package's hours is charged only if you agree to it in advance in writing. Package hours that are not used expire at the end of each month, so it pays to choose the package that matches your real workload. Our Terms of Service set out the details.
Is my information kept confidential?
Yes. All Executive plan clients sign a full NDA and confidentiality agreement, and your data, operations and strategies remain strictly private.
Which tools will my assistant use?
We adapt to your existing stack, including Google Workspace, Notion, Trello, Asana, Slack, Zoom, ChatGPT, Zapier, Make (Integromat), ClickUp, HubSpot and Canva.
Can I get web development without a monthly package?
